Hi
samperry54.
First of all, GMAT rewards those who pace themselves with the goal of answering as many hard questions correctly as possible but also giving each question at least a minute of time or however long you need to solve it. Ideally you would not run out of time of the end and you would be able to attempt each question.
Obviously, anyone could solve the test if they had a limited time or at least if they were not under the pressure of the clock. However, with GMAT being tightly timed, people make a lot of silly and otherwise careless mistakes that makes the test harder and requires a lot more concentration.
As to your question, I don’t think anyone would be able to tell you exactly what score you would have received had you not skipped the last few questions but there are several scenarios we have been running with the GMAT prep software dissimulate similar situation. Here’s a link
https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-prep-so ... 46146.htmlYou will notice that missing the last eight or 10 questions, hardly has any impact on the Quan score. In that case the score was Q 50. However, that assumes that you have not made any mistakes on the previous questions and that is very hard to do. That is not a very realistic scenario but it still has value.
My recommendation for you would be to do two things:
1. Try to balance your time on the test using this timing approach of splitting the test into multiple sections and benchmarking yourselves against them. See how you doing that case. Perhaps this will improve your score or maybe it will send you down. Different things work for different people.

I memorize this list to speed up calculations and avoid wasting time recalculating them every time. It will save your time but it’s not clear how much. There’s a good chance of those shave off a minute or keep you from making a careless mistake and that’s something.
