A 660 score is closer to a 700+ score than you probably realize. To pick up the missing points that you're looking for though, you have to define WHY you're getting questions wrong. At higher and higher score levels the GMAT becomes really 'sensitive' to silly/little mistakes. Thus, right now a certain 'chunk' of the missing points that you're looking for are NOT from 700+ "level" questions - they're from 'gettable', "lower level" questions that you're getting wrong.
1) How long have you been studying?
2) What materials have you been using?
3) What were your Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores on each of your two CATs?
4) Did you take the FULL CAT each time (with the Essay and IR sections)?
5) When is your Official Test Date?
