I like Kaplan 800 , not for it quant , but for its verbal. If you are looking for tough quant problems.. then i would suggest you go for GMAT club challenges. Also the quant in Manhattan CAT seems to be tougher.

IMO, kaplan800 quants problems does not match with the GMAT standards. They lack quality and tricks, which GMAT generally throws on test takers.
GMAT club challenges are the best in the business.
