How Shubhankar Scored 760 on the GMAT ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Shubhankar started his GMAT prep with a 650 baseline score, but he needed a 99th percentile score of 760+ to be competitive at the top business schools he was targeting. So, like many GMAT students just starting their prep, he purchased
the Official Guide to use as the main study resource.
But after studying with official materials for 3 months and finding that his progress had stalled, he knew he needed a more comprehensive study resource.
“There is a threshold up to which the official guides and preparatory materials can actually take you, but beyond that, you really need a focused course,” Shubhankar says.
After researching GMAT prep courses online, he decided to try a $1 trial of the
Target Test Prep GMAT Course, and he was instantly hooked.
“They really know which topics to give you first and which topics to give you later,” Shubhankar says. “Each of their lessons, and chapters, and strategy lessons really address this issue of studying in the proper way.
Shubhankar studied for 6 more weeks using
TTP’s Accelerated Study Plan, and on test day, he finally got the improvement he’d been seeking, scoring 760 (Q50/V42), his GMAT goal.
“The study plan is really excellent for anyone who is looking to get a high score,” Shubhankar says.
