Your Good Points (Strengths)
- Show what you can do: Tell the MBA schools about the things you're really good at. Maybe you're a great leader, or really smart, or good at working with others.
- Give examples: Don't just say you're good. Show them by telling stories about times you did great things. For example, if you say you're a good leader, tell about a time you led a team to success.
- Match the school: Think about what the MBA school likes. If they like people who start new things, talk about times you started something new.
Where You Can Grow (Weaknesses)
- Be honest: Everyone has things they can improve. Pick something real, not fake.
- Show you're learning: Tell them how you're working to get better at this thing. For example, if you say you're not good at public speaking, say you're taking classes to improve.
- Connect it to your goals: Explain how getting better at this thing will help you reach your MBA goals.

- Be clear and easy to understand: Use simple words and sentences.
- Tell your story: Make it interesting and personal.
- Be confident: Show that you believe in yourself, even if you're talking about things you can improve.
