Luckily for me, I've always been good at critical reasoning but tended to struggle with reading comprehension. I never enjoyed english and was always more of a STEM guy but had to sit down and deal with my reading comprehension problem. Something that I realized is that in order to improve at reading comprehension, you have to do a lot of reading (wow shocker!!). My advice to you is to just keep on reading passages and attempting problems for RC and watch some videos (GMAT Ninja has some good videos on YouTube).
As for critical reasoning, I never really struggled with it. While doing normal preparation, I read some books like Kaplan and Manhattan and really honed my skills there, now I'm just mastering it. I'm unsure what your specific problem is, it could be a language barrier or just not having as much experience with Verbal, but as general knowledge, do the same thing as with RC.
If you're willing to pay for material, I'd recommend using TTP. They provide very good beginning and in depth courses which can definitely help you. There's no real way to "correct errors" or "track them" since CR and RC tends to be very variable in their material and not as straightforward as quant is. For example, you can realize that you need to learn more about Roots since you got a easy Roots problem wrong but you can't really see a CR problem that's talking about entomology where you have to make a conclusion and say you need to work more on your knowledge in entomology. The real problem is learning more about making conclusions FROM the given information.
I hope this helps in any way it can. My suggestion is to just continue practicing and learning more. Figure out why you get these problems incorrect and you can improve.
