How to anser question such as leadership and challenge

This reply is just not helpful to the OP at all. Nicboy, you say your work is straightforward but unless you're punching holes in paper all day, I find it hard to believe you can't come up with some stories. What about dealing with an irate client or co-worker? What about dealing with a situation where someone else's mistake was pinned on you? Maybe someone in your team took credit for work that you actually did? I know the last 2 questions deal with the work environment, but take a look at your extracurriculars for the first question. I'm sure you can find a story or 2 there. I'd check out some books on the MBA application process if you haven't already. Lastly, I wouldn't lie or make up stories. Seems to me that almost all adcom can tell a genuine story from a fake one. Best of luck!
