Hi all,
I scored a 760 on GMAT (Q:50, V:42) and I'll be going to Wharton this year to pursue a full-time MBA. I want to become a GMAT tutor (I want to pursue this part-time initially and then maybe pursue it full-time if things go well). I had a few questions in this regard -
1. What are some good ways to reach out to students who need tutoring? I have been posting on reddit and LinkedIn, but I wanted to know if there are better ways.
2. What should I do to build credibility? I have been tutoring a few people and I'm hoping to get some reviews soon. Is there anything else I should do?
3. What services should I offer? I currently help people with 1:1 tutoring and customized study plans, but I wanted to know if I should be doing more.

1. Having a website where people can find you and learn about you is helpful.
2. Getting people to their score goals results in happy customers who spread the word.
3. Helping GMAT students understand where they stand at the beginning of their prep is an another aspect of helping them plan that you could engage in.
Also, offering some kind of topic-focused problem sets might make sense, or you could get to know some already offered study materials that you typically have your students use while working with you.
