Hi
petrichor:
Admissionado consulting here! I understand you might be looking for non-consultant opinions, but I want to be proactive and respond to your three questions:
1. Do consultants specialize in specific set of schools or specific programs? If yes, how to find consultants specialized in PT programs?
A: There are consultants that tend to do more of their work with certain schools or specific programs, but they are generally not specialists. As sizeable as this field is, it's not big enough to be so narrowly focused. I am not aware of any consultants that specialize in part-time programs. That said, you should think about the individual consultant you work with at a consultancy who may have particular experience in areas of interests (part-time programs, geography, industries, etc.)
2. Though I can't spend a huge amount say 5-6k for a single school, I am ready to pay a nominal fee for consultation.
A: That is not an unreasonable ask at all. Take a look at our pricing using the link below. You will see it is well within your budget.

A: It does not matter whether the program is PT. It is a question as to whether you feel capable of handling all the components of an application on your own such as but not limited to composing well-articulated essays, publishing a stand-out resume, performing on the interview, etc. There are resources out there but having someone who can review your work and be available to you for consistent help but may valuable.
