Recently I realised that I did not receive the link to access to the official score. According to the customer service, I had two accounts so they asked for my personal info so as to merge my accounts.
It’s been a few days since I sent the details to them, but I haven’t heard from them. I am worried if this case would be solved.
Is there anyone that had the same problem before? Could you please share the email address or the phone number you used.
I live in Asia so it would be great if someone can offer the customer service info in Asia, but the info in America is also very welcomed.
