Hey guys,
i just wanted to know your strategies for keeping track of the theory needed for the gmat.
I bought all Mgmat guides and summarized the books.
Now should i learn by doing problems or should i really try to learn the whole content (formulas, rules, etc.) by heart? It just seems a lot and i do not really know where to start.
Any advise is appreciated, maybe someone who found an efficient strategy could share his or her experience, thanks.

Use flash cards and go through them at night. That would help you cement the main concepts :D

Always great to first get a sense of what question types to expect on the test. You can do this by taking a practice test or just by clicking around and doing practice questions.
Once you are somewhat familiar with the question types, then review the concepts. This part shouldn't take too much time - what matters more is understanding how those concepts are tested on the exam. There are only so many ways the GMAT can test you on exponents - and if you master those types of questions and identify common booby traps, then you'll be fine.
