Hmm thanks for the advice guys... Ideally I would've liked to put an emphasis on one or the other, to really give a deep impression of what it was like in my shoes and the type of impact I had on my music group or organization or musicians that I was able to work with or funds that I was able to raise... but you guys may be right, all the details would bore the adcomms to tears anyways :lol:

well, the key is to have enough details that it shows your unique self, but not too much that it puts the adcom to sleep... it's a tricky path to take, and we're all navigating it at the same time ;)

I vote for No.1. It shows your other side.

No.2 doesnt bring out your artistic side. It shows you work with artists, but in a managerial tone.
