Hello, friend i have taken toefl twice. first time i got 64 and second time got 84.
Speaking : 20
Reading :22
Writing : 21
Listening : 20
I can't improve my listening and speaking. I need at least 22+ in speaking . I followed freetoefltips website tips and were able to get 84 which is minimum requirement for admission. I happy with my second time score. but i need 92 for joining my desired school. if take toefl 3rd time do you think freetoefltips website is good for me or i should change it to get 92+ with speaking 22+.

I would say that in order to improve your listening, you should watch more English content (for example with subtitles). My advice on improving speaking would be to find a native speaking partner and practice more. Practice makes perfect. I don't know a way to speak better without actually speaking
