If you get your quant score to Q50 or Q51, you'll be set up to score 720+ with a verbal score around V39 or V40, and if you score above V40 with a Q50+ quant score, you'll be in the mid 700s. So, even though you're already strong in quant, it makes sense to increase your quant score by a point or two more by working on weaker areas of quant one at a time.
Regarding increasing your verbal score, the approach is to work on verbal one area at a time, first learning the relevant concepts and then practicing to develop skill in applying the concepts, and here's an important consideration. Verbal is a bit different from quant in that, you can make a big difference in your quant performance by simply learning a new concept or strategy, whereas just learning a concept or strategy won't necessarily result in an increase in your verbal score. After you learn verbal concepts or strategies, you have to develop skill in applying them and in seeing what's going on in verbal questions. So, to increase your verbal score, you'll have to do a lot of UNTIMED practice to give yourself time to develop those skills.
