How to strengthen my profile

I'm a 20 years old italian student currently enrolled ( second year student) in a bachelor in Economics and Finance at Bocconi University.
Next year I'm planning to apply to a MSc program in Finance in one of the major european universities (Hec, Edhec, Essec, IE, S. Gallen, ESCP ecc).
Worst case scenario I'll join the MSc in Finance here at Bocconi (thanks to the reserved selection for Bocconi students I'm pretty confident to get in), so taking a gap year to strengthen my profile is not an option.
My current GPA is 28,8/30 (should convert in 3,84/4?), IELTS 8.0
I started preparing for the GMAT a few weeks ago, 2hrs a day for the next months and then full time during the summer, hopping to make a first attempt by the end of July and then seeing from there.
I'm aiming at at least 700+
The main problem is that I basically have no working experience except for a 3 weeks internship in a small manufacturing company (< 50 employees).
To improve my profile I'm gonna spend a semester abroad, most likely in the US or in Germany (which do you guys think is better?).
I've been also selected for a summer project in Azerbaijan with AIESEC, however I'm reluctant to accept 'cause I'm afraid that then I won't be able to focus on the GMAT.
At the moment finding a summer internship here in Milan seems unlikely .
Do you guys have any suggestions on how I can boost my profile before starting to apply next year?
Should I join Aiesec or focus on the gmat?
In the case I won't be able to gain extra WE do I still have a shot?
Thanks,
Federico
