I am not that good at Quant.
Could someone help me out on how to prepare for Quant.
What Books to refer and which question banks to use.

Look around our forums and website, there is a HUGE amount of Quant study material, and ideas of where/how to study. I would click on the tab on the top of the website called "self prep" and start looking around. You'll see rankings of Quant books, and study plans. With all that in hand, you should be good to go! Hard work and dedication, and you could master quant. Good luck to you!

First you need to quantify "not good at quant".
What is your diagnostic score?
Once you know where you stand only then you can work on getting better from that point and look for areas of weakness and work on them.

Keeping an error log really helps. When you are reviewing a practice test or just doing some practice questions, you never want to move on from a question until you understand how to come to the correct answer either by looking at an explanation in a book, reviewing for the concept online, or even searching through these forums to see how other people approach those problems.

Just remember, whenever you get a problem wrong, it's almost guaranteed you'll see a similar problem somewhere later down the line
