Hi All, I am really confused on how to go about Quant & I see myself reading on forums on how to study but still could not find a perfect answer.
So, I have downloaded the PDF version of Veritas & MGMAT. I have also purchased the latest OG2019.
So, I picked Algebra first & started studying it from MGMAT because I read in some reviews that Verita questions may not be true reflection of what really comes in GMAT.
While studying MGMAT, I realised that most questions between the topics are very basic & towards the end they have given reference for OG to practice questions.
Problem with me is that I mostly know the basics however just want to do "TOPIC WISE QUESTIONS" so that I can first master all topics individually and then once done with syllabus- practice OG to check my accuracy & level.
Problem is: MGMAT - leads to OG questions only which I want to solve later because its a mix of all topics and I really want to first do difficult questions topic wise in a systematic way. Veritas- Reviews say that its not really a true reflection of GMAT questions.
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE SUGGEST WHERE EXACTLY CAN I FIND TOPIC WISE QUESTIONS - LIKE 50-60 WITH ANSWERS FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND HIGH LEVEL QUESTIONS. Please don't say Gmat club because i have to open 1 link then another which just breaks my concentration and I end up with surfing some new thing on some jazzy website.
Please Help!! Also, if you think GMAT CLUB subscription can solve this problem, then just let me know how is it going to be useful because I am a very new joiner here!

GMAT Quant is more about the application of the concepts. The Manhattan Strategy guides are a good source to sharpen your basics.
Whenever you practice questions, try to understand if you are able to apply the learning to the problems. Every time you are not able to solve a question go through the thread(where the question has been discussed) and go through the various methods that have been used to solve the problems. In my experience, you will come across a few methods that will help you save some time. Try and adapt these methods while you solve questions during practice.
Work on maintaining an error log and go through the mistakes you make from time to time. This retrospection will definitely help you improve your scores. Go through the below-given post(which details the strategy to improve Quant score to Q50). IMO the GMATClub Quant tests is a good resource once you are scoring in excess of Q45.
A member just gave Kudos to this thread, showing it’s still useful. I’ve bumped it to the top so more people can benefit. Feel free to add your own questions or solutions.
