sometimes i face difficulty understanding math questions but my friends can understand a question reading it for the first time. How can i understand a question as early as possible and get to know what i should do to get the answer ?

I think you will get a more directed response if more information and context is provided. In general, similar to everything else, it basically comes to doing more problems to get better at quickly translating word problems into actual equations. If you can provide specific examples, and explain where you have difficulty translating the problem, a more structured response can be provided.

Judging by the word problem you posted before, I think practice will help you immensely. Work on many 600 level word problems and that will give you a lot of comfort and confidence. Grasping the written word quickly is a skill you can acquire by practice.
