Hi manshul1807,
If you're currently scoring in the low-20s in the Verbal section, it's likely that you need to work a bit on your knowledge (grammar rules), tactics and organization/note-taking. There are a variety of resources that you can use to improve in the Verbal section, but before we talk about them, I'd like to know a bit more about the work you've done so far:
1) How long have you been studying?
2) What resources have you been using?
3) How have you scored on each of your practice CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for each)?
4) Do you have trouble finishing the Verbal section on time? Do you have to guess on questions just to finish (and if so, then how many questions?)?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
