Hello all, I started prepping for the GMAT that I will be taking in the summer and I just have a question for he people who have been down this road and used the MGMAT guides in conjunction with the 3 OG's. When reading the MGMAT guides, what were you guys' strategy? Did you read one book at a time or did you alternate? Pretty basic question but I just wanted to know so I can adjust my study plan to the way that may work the best for me. Please and Thank you.

Hi Albertoduro1xx,

As you mentioned that you are planning to take your GMAT in summer, you have enough time for the preparations. However, the time is just sufficient enough, so you will have to create a well managed study plan and strategy that you will follow till your exam day.

I would suggest you to start with giving a mock test.Thoroughly analyse your performance in the test and identify your strong and weak areas.Based on this information create a study plan and choose the best books and study material available.Your score depends a lot on the study material you refer to during your preparations.

At Manya you can take a free gmat mock test and we will provide you a detailed report on your performance in the test and also tips for improvement. If you would be interested, you can either go online or walk to any center of Manya and give the test. You can find all the details on the link below.

Hope this information helps.Let me know if you would have any further queries regarding your gmat preparations.Wish you the best.

Hm, I can't post a website, but I'm pretty sure I know what you're looking for.

If you own the MGMAT book, register it. Then go to 'Home' on the student center screen. You'll see 'OG Problems' right under student resources. If you can't find it, just ping me.

I'll let you know what we do for classes. We have students run through verbal and quant simultaneously, working along the way the OG problems identified in the strategy guide.

It doesn't matter much, but we start with FDPs, then Algebra, Word Problems, geometry and number properties.
