Hi everyone,
I recently completed the GMAT and wanted to share my journey and experience with Target Test Prep (TTP).
Starting Phase
I initially started my GMAT preparation with a Dutch course provider. While it gave me a basic structure, it didn’t go deep enough for me to achieve a high score. After my first attempt, I scored 525, which made me realize that I needed a more thorough and in-depth study plan.
Between Attempts
I continued with some self-study, including YouTube videos and additional practice, which helped me improve my score to 595. However, after two more attempts, I still couldn’t break through, and I knew I needed a more comprehensive solution.
TTP Phase
I decided to go all in with Target Test Prep for three months. The course is incredibly detailed, especially for Quantitative Reasoning, covering every topic in depth – even less common areas like geometry. I also learned practical tricks to save time and mental strategies to approach problems efficiently, which made a huge difference. The structured curriculum, clear explanations, and extensive practice materials gave me the confidence and preparation I needed.
Final GMAT: 655
After my fourth attempt, I sat for the GMAT again and scored 655, surpassing my target of 645. I felt truly prepared for every type of question, and the systematic approach from TTP was key to my improvement.
Final Takeaway
Don’t be discouraged if your initial scores are low. Building a solid foundation and following a detailed, structured plan pays off. TTP was instrumental in helping me understand the exam deeply and achieve a score I’m proud of.
