Hi there,
Coming to your topic, "However much" is an idiom which carries the same sense of saying "No matter how much", so although it seems awkward prima facie, it's correct usage.
If you observe the structure, you can point out the usage of "that" twice in option A. This confirms parallelism and gramatically it turns out to be the best option.
You can eliminate the options without "that" for the same reason of parallelism.
Option E does not carry the intended meaning.
Hence option A is the best answer.
However there is a small case of pronoun ambiguity in option A. "They" could refer to family members or cupboards!
Nevertheless, (A) fits best.

Here 'much' quantify the amount or intensity of the verb 'agree' and not family members, as given in others comment 2nd 'that' makes to have 1st 'that' at the end of underlined part.
E don't have contrasting keyward in it that sentence is needed.
