Hi. Congrats on your admits! I can see all of these programs and universities being fairly regional, as well as you having certain limitations due to local language... or perhaps not an issue?
Second, MBB is highly competitive on the Masters level, which sometimes is torn between undergrad and MBA so I would not put all of your eggs into the MBB basket since it is like a 3% chance based on what I have heard from consultants who help you recruit at MBB (which I recommend you do as much research about the process and requirements as you can - there are some youtube channels and I am sure forums about it).
As to skills and what you get, I would suggest going after the better known program. Sure, you will learn a bit more in several of the classes, but it is just a 1-year program and my guess, the technical skills are not exactly secret and likely something you can piece together as you start your career or just by taking a summer class at Coursera for 1/100th the price. In my experience, employers rarely get into the details of what classes you took and what grades you got. They know that what you are learning is not exactly a perfect fit for their SAP or Salesforce system for example and you will have to be trained further how to work with their systems, approaches, etc. A stronger reputation, alum base, recruiting are more valuable than specific technical curriculum.
However, I would again consider where you want and will work. Will you recruit in Switzerland? Netherlands, or Germany? Where do you want to end up? I would do some research about job prospects and where you want to be after graduation. It will take research and time to research employers, opportunities, who hires where, etc but your decision will be much better.
