Has anyone else been approached by the business school 'Hult'?
They keep mailing, posting and contacting me ever since I took the GMAT. Out of curiosity I accepted a phone interview, and the interviewer spent more time trying to sell me the program than anything. It really seemed more like a sales person, specially since I had read reviews online and the lack of networking and job opportunities this school has. Yet it somehow appears in the top 100 programs which is quite unreasonable.
During the call I specifically said I would only attend if I got a scholarship, and the guy said I would be eligible for a 30-50% scholarship and a free 6 month second degree if I applied before Monday. That would still make the cost of the program 20k-15k pounds in London, quite an expensive city. I told him i would never pay that for such an unknown and new program, when I have the option to join proper business schools. He then kept mailing me scholarships I've been granted until I mailed him saying I would never consider this business school as it just does not provide what the program is worth.
Has anyone studied here or plans on attending? anyone else been approached by these people? I get mails from 4 different 'head of recruitments in europe.' it is a joke
Yes, they keep on approaching. They did so with me also. I don't think its worth attending such schools. I could not see any ROI.
Not only this, there are many schools that are sending emails and providing scholarships. But I think it is waste to entertain them or attend their degree.
