I am absolutely terrible in SC. I have been studying so hard but just don't "get it." I know there has to be a better, more efficient way for me to learn. I have a hard time picking out verbs, pronouns, adjectives, etc... I know this stuff is extremely basic but even after studying the basics I am having far more difficulty than I would have ever imagined. I am consistently scoring 50% on all SC questions. Can someone give me some real advice?

Firstly, learn basics: parallelism, subject-verb agreement, modifiers, etc. Secondly- idioms. You must memorise idioms and you will see that this is really helpful. Practice is the key. Read the explanations for wrong questions and search on forums for unclear situations. Ese MGMAT Sentence Corrections, OG 11 and Verbal and read posts on forums. This program worked well for me. In GMATPrep i have now a 90% in SC. Good luck

COmplete the MGMAT book for verbal and participate in Forum !!!
again do OG11 thats it it should be enough

Follow POE (pro cess of elimiation) ,eliminate the choics which are not correct or lack any kind of gramatical rules !!!Again one thing to remember ,one among the five choices has to be the answer :-D we are not to search th answer in the rest of the world ,keep that positive thinking and attempt the question ,u will get the answers right :-D
