Everyone is going to suggest the Manhattan Number Properties guide. It's the most powerful book on this subject. I recommend that you read it twice. Also do the suggested OG problems alongside this guidebook. There's a chapter that lists the relevant questions.

For further specific question practice, purchase the two number properties sets by Jeff Sackmann. The sets are divided into two levels: Fundamental (easy) and Challenge (hard). These two sets, which contain 200 questions, cost about $40; they're expensive, but very good.
