Always under-achieve, so you can last longer.

Don't study until you vomit. When u feel you've done for today, that's it. fold the book and go for some tennis, or watch the bikinis near the pool. :D

I do yoga, this helps me! I was the same way, study until I can not even read and understand the passages... I tried yoga and it calmed me down and made me relax!

I am sick of the GMAT!!! I know I'm not where I need to be to take the test, but I am just about fed up with studying for it. Studying for it has become like taking the most bitter medicine that you can imagine. Last night I took a batch of math questions. I aced the 1st 25 questions and then I let the distractions in and got slammed on my next batch of questions.

I have taken 2 full tests and got the same result both times: 44Q 40V. My goal is to hit 47ishQ 41ishV before I go in for the real test. Ideally I want to finish the Official Guide, go over my Kaplan trouble questions, and work on the GMATclub challenges. I think that will get me close to where I need to be???

The real question at hand is how do I get re-energized and refocused????????

If you're studying with low energy, then it's as good as not studying, if not worse. Set a fixed, high intensity study pattern - not too many hours, but focus on how many productive hours you can put in. Then take a break, don't obsess over it until you hit the books again. If you have not set a test date yet, do it immediately - it will give you a sense of urgency and closure and help you focus better. Without even a test date, you'll feel like the preparation will never end.
