I am wondering why do you get your MBA and what you trying to get out of it? Does a MBA help you think? Does a MBA help you for a career change?
I myself think MBA may give me a better credibility. It probably gives me access to enhance my career. I am in the IT field and I want to transfer out to financial area but every interview it comes down to 1) No financial experience 2) Narrow scope of thinking. Do you guys think a MBA will help me? Is it really worth 2 years of my time to get a MBA? I am 25yrs old and have 2 years of work experience.

You will definitely want to broaden your scope of thinking. The MBA will give you what you are willing to put into it and willing to get out of it. Not everyone will have the same experience and not everyone will have the same motivation.
