Attached is the image of the book I am referring to.

wow i didnt know Powerscore put out a version for the gmat!!
I have the lsat version.
it has the same cover design but it is bue.

should be similar to the lsat version.
lsat has the same problem types as the gmat plus a few more.

to double check, i might have to get the gmat version overnighted to me because my test is 2 weeks from tomorrow.

Too late but thanks.
just bought the powerscore CR and SC books.

if the lsat LR book is similar to the gmat CR book, which i assume it is, then i couldnt disagree with you more..

rdg, the powerscore book is definitely good. If you feel you are struggling with CR, then I suggest you get the book.

If you do buy the book, then take the time to really study and apply the techniques. If you can master or even understand the 350 pages of the book, believe me, it will make a positive difference to your CR score.

Just my humble opinion.

I'm feeling bad because this was the best opportunity to get rid of this piece of crap. I posted it twice in amazon under used book (with the lowest price), but couldn't sell it ...

I used the Powerscore CR book for the LSAT and would suggest that book instead of the GMAT version. The CRs are much harder and the questions make GMAT CR seem easier.

I found a copy of the LSAT Logical Reasoning online and have read Chapter 2. I like their approach and explanation. If you are struggling with CR like I do, I recommend LSAT. Manhattan GMAT CR is also good but not as comprehensive. I used MGMAT but as a non-English native, I needed more help. LSAT LR is my bible.

Good luck guys!

I have both. LSAT and GMAT CR bibles are the same, 99.99% WORD FOR WORD.
It helps to read the first 3 chapters to understand the crux of an arguement. anything else is too much and not beneficial.
