z in an integer,(*) donates when z is equal to z or greater than z, then (-10/4)?

Honestly..
A very funny question. Since z is an integer, we know that (-10/4) is not equal to z. It has to be greater than z. The smallest number greater than z would be -2..since the answer doesnt really say whether it is a positive or negative integer.

However, -2 is not amongst the answer choices. And all the answer choices are greater than z.

Hence I conclude that the question is wrong or incomplete.
