:( but the OA is D, so it is another wrong OA...

it says that B talks about drugs don't contain Zinc, so it is out of scope.....
...

I also got B on this one. But on second thought D looks promising. However I do not think that it should be an answer because it does not relate to the oral vs nasal. So if the activity of zinc was reduced because of someother ingrediant how can we justify viral activity is in nose and not in throat.
