I had to reschedule my GMAT Exam...!!!!

Hello all,

This is my first post, even though I have been scanning the site for a few weeks. 
I am in dire straits, and today I rescheduled my exam to extend an extra month.

My problem is/was my P - Cat scores kept ticking downward instead of the favorable way..

My scores are as follows... 
Diagnostic - 440 - 550 - 570 -590 -550 -540- 540 - 510 - 500.

My Verbal was strong even before the classes, and then they slowly started to go hay-wire. My Quant, is shaking and slightly improving, ever so slowly.

I just finished a Kaplan course, and I might re-up( it's free).. any advice?
I need to break a 700, not just for B-school, also to know I can do it. Please any advice or links to other blogs/info will help...

My test is now a month away, and I can't reschedule(again), I have to get the applications going soon...

Jacob - welcome to GMAT Club! Those are Kaplan scores I assume (often they are 50-100 points below what you would get on the GMAT). Have you tried taking the GMATPrep? If you are not familiar with it - see here: gmatprep-gmat-prep-powerprep-power-prep-free-tests-77548.html Give it a shot - you may have a decent score already and just need to polish a few things. Just don't take it after a long day of work and a few beers. P.S. You did the right thing with reschedule. take GMATprep (then we can see what you can actually do), polish off with OG and possibly one of the MGMAT or PowerScore books and you should be good to go.

Thank you for the advice.. Yes these are all Kaplan scores. What confuses me about them is the fact that i kept on losing points. I heard from others that I was possibly taking too many Cat's in prep for the actual.

I now have a month. So I will do these new MGMAT test's and review my previous tests as well. I need to construct a more solid study schedule for the test. I have not focused so much on the OG Book, but from looking around the site, I know I must change that as well..
