Thanks Guys, for you advice.
Timeline: May 21 - July 14th. My GMAT date July 15th 10 am. Toronto, Canada.
Materials:

GMAT Specific Books:
2006 11th edition Official Guide
2006 Kaplan Premiere
2006 Kaplan GMAT 800 Advanced Prep
2003 ARCO
2003 Princeton Review
2003 Kaplan

Additional Books:
Pocket Basics for Math and English
Grammer Smart
Basic Algebra workbook
Basic Geometry workbook
Grammer and Sentence Correction Workbook
Online word list of importance vocab for GMAT

Tests:
5-7 Online tests
6+ Written Tests

Prep Course:
48 Hour Prep Course OXFORD Seminars.
They also have a free repeat policy so I'll will do that a week before my GMAT.

Thats it so far, I think now I need to crack the books and get in to all of this fun stuff.

what are my next steps? Schedule ? What should I do first etc.....

Try to get Kaplan GRE/GMAT math workbook. It is good to brush up ur basics.
