I have bought a MGMAT sentence correction books where i got 6 tests access code. Now my question is: Can i give the 1 MGMAT tests twice or more to practice?

You cant retake a test - an attempted test comes as a fixed tab with no option of retake but you can go and review all the questions as many times as you want and see your assessment report from when you took the test

You cannont give the same test under timed conditions untill you attempt all the 6 tests. Yes you can review the questions, but if you wish you do the test under timed condition, you will have to attempt all the 6 tests, then the test will get automatically reset (your older test results will remain) and fresh 6 tests would appers, though you will see some repetaions in the new test.
