Hi, I'm a finance aspirant and I will do masters next year in the USA.

I am planning to take up a loan and so I am concerned about which University is better for landing a job.

I have few in mind like Babson, Purdue, Vanderbilt, northeastern, Suny buffalo, UT dallas.

I will be more than glad if someone could help me with this.

Hi

This depends on your background and the sector you are planning to work in post-Master's. It's best to speak to students in these schools on specific opportunities for international students in that sector to get the latest scenario.

Hello sahvdahvj654,

Hope this finds you well.

The choice of school should depend on your overall profile including your academic and professional background as well as your GMAT/GRE score. As you have not shared such details, it would be tough for anyone to evaluate your profile.

Please provide a detailed overview of your case so we can help you out with your prospects.

All the best!

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I have a BBA degree with a 7.6 CGPA overall and 1 year of work EX in research.

My IELTS score is 7.5, and I haven't taken the GMAT test yet. So far, my mock test scores are close to 550 and NO matter how much I try I cannot cross the bar.

This is what my profile looks like, please let me know if this is enough to recommend the colleges.
I am happy to share more details if required.

Hello sahvdahvj654,

While it would be best that you try improving your score, there are a number of MS in Finance programs that either waive the GMA/GRE or have low expectations on that front.

While we cannot exactly shortlist the schools for you, please refer to schools ranked beyond the top ~25 on the link below for their test score requirements. You will definitely identify the ones you should apply to.

Of course, many of these programs also have course prerequisites; please be sure to check for the same, as well.

Should you wish to discuss your prospects in detail, please feel free to get in touch with us for a profile evaluation session.

All the best!
