I'm getting 0% on SC, how to improve a bit?

Just a disclaimer, I'm getting 90~%+ on quant, IR and RC, getting 700+ level usually, did some practice tests (mba.com, and manhattan) , and my scores are in the 690-720 range. (My target score is 700-720)

I got all that with a 0-10% correct SC answers, which should be fine, but I believe improving a 0% to 50% is not that hard (should be the same as going from 80% to 90%), I just don't know how.

Any advice, even ones that help with better guessing? My exam is on september 16, so I don't want to and can't spend too much time on learning exact grammar rules and such, just some smart, or easier strategies that could help with easier SC questions is appreciated.

I teach a 6-hour Solving Approach course for Verbal, but it really helps to know some of the fundamentals.

Some quick things to help your Verbal SC:

1) Memorizing idioms relevant to the GMAT
2) Understanding how pronouns work on the GMAT
3) Noting how the word WHICH is used on the GMAT (generally)

But in my opinion the single biggest SC skill to cultivate is seeing sentences 'structurally.' Reading such that you know what job a chunk of words is doing in a sentence, based on structural rules and words. For instance, you probably haven't put much thought into a word like 'that,' but 'that' is a *huge* structural word to look out for. There are dozens of such words, or such kinds of words. It's important to learn that not all words in SC are created equal, and that simply reading left to right, top to bottom probably isn't ideal.
