Hi, and thanks for writing! What are your post-MBA career goals? With just over two years of work experience, you're on the earlier end for MBA programs (especially PT) but if you've made significant impact in your roles so far and if your recommenders can attest to your leadership and demonstrated potential, that will benefit your application.
I do recommend giving the GMAT another shot, since the average score for PT programs tends to be in the upper 600s - plus, since you are early in your career, it may be looked at a bit more closely.
Great to see that you're heavily involved in the community - be sure to include your extracurricular leadership experience on your resume and the impact you've made in these roles.

I enjoy the company I'm currently with, and love the idea of being able to apply what I learn on the weekends to my weekdays, but I'm also drawn to the opportunity to broaden my network and options post graduation.
I will be taking the GMAT again before Christmas. I've been told to place a focus on my quant studies to try to raise that score. Does that line up with the advice you would give?
