Hello ! 
After a sad score in GMAT,210, I started looking in the internet for more advices to retake the exam. I am thankful I found GMAT club with all rich resources and wonderful stories with GMAT Exam. I got courage to ask for your help and recommendations. To be honest, I don't think I spent enough time to study since I am full time student with part time job. I only reviewed the math section, Data sufficiency and the rest of the sections and done very few problems.
This is my last semester and I am still taking my finals and I have part time job. I am looking to start my Master program on Fall 2012, but in worst case scenario I will start in Spring semester. The deadline for submitting my admission application is July 1 and I need a GMAT score above 530. Honestly, I am overwhelmed in thinking when I need to retake the exam ? How to plan to study for GMAT?
Since the next generation of GMAT will start in June 5, 2012. I am having a difficult time to decide to take it before June 5 and start studying for it on May 10, because my last final exam will be in May 9. Or should I take it at the end of June and take my time for prepare well to get above 530.
In addition, I only have the official GMAT 12 ed review. Can you recommend any other material/books to help me? As well as, what a study plan you recommend for my situation? I don't know what to do and I'm getting frustrated day after day. PLEASE I need your help.

A 300 point increase will need effort. The good news is that if you just get a good understanding of the basics, you will get above 530.
Following would be my advice:
Step 1. Check out purplemath.com and khanacademy.org. You will find lots of resources which will help you work on basic mathematical operations. Ensure you know how to deal with fractions, decimals, equations, powers etc. This is the first thing you need to do. Working on GMAT books will be helpful only after you build up your basics.
Step 2. Join a classroom program (only after step 1). Don't miss any classes and sincerely do your homework. Follow up with the tutor at the beg/end of each class to get you up to speed. By the time the program gets over, you should be able to get 530+. If you do not want to join a classroom program because of whatever constraints, get one complete set of prep material which will cover topics right from the basics. Go through the entire set - ideally, twice.
Step 3. Forget the June 5 deadline. The exam isn't changing. There is only a small change and that too will have no effect on your 200-800 score. Take the test when you feel prepared (under whatever time constraints you have.)
