Hello, I am full-time MBA Candidate for ESMT Berlin 2026 January intake.
So, start with sharing my situation:
1. I've got admitted email & letter on 23. Jun. 2025
2. Accepted through the portal
3. Didn't paid the deposit yet
4. Started to apply for a student loan at Prodigy Finance
5. Whatever amount I enter, it declines and customer service doesn't answer for the reason of decline.
6. I called to my friend to test if he can get provision offer.
7. He tried 2 times with realistic numbers, ALL Declined.
Addtionally, I'm from South Korea and working at Dubai currently.
At this point, I am not sure what is wrong. I also emailed to school regards with it.
Does anyone had similar experience?
Or can you guys can help me what I can do?

The process is automated. The customer can't give specific answer I think because of this reason. I learned this fact from a webinar I attended by them.

I know it’s a bit of a dated post but I missed it.
Because it’s an automatic decline process, I Try multiple times gathering more information and dividend sent basically able to give the correct combination of answers to get the system to accept it.
Prodigy does not disclose to anyone there algorithms or what they look at or conditions for evaluation she just have to keep trying.
