First of all, i don't understand what is the question asking. Can someone please teach me on how to do it?
A function ?:{1, 2, 3, 4, 5} → {0, 1, 2, 3, 4} is defined by the rule: ?(?) is the remainder after
3? is divided by 5.
(a) Draw an arrow diagram for this function. (2.0m)
(b) State whether ? is one-to-one and whether ? is onto. (1.0m)

This is certainly not a GMAT type question and there are certain things missing.
You will not be asked to draw a diagram on the GMAT.
As for the function,
{1, 2, 3, 4, 5} → {0, 1, 2, 3, 4}.
This means that
f(1) = 0
f(2) = 1
f(3) = 2
f(4) = 3
f(5) =4
This means f(x) = x - 1 is the function.
Now you should be able to draw the graph and find the mapping.
