Hi Schachfreizeit,

Can you provide more information on what you have been doing to study for your GMAT?

Hi Schachfreizeit

I understand. It can seem simply frustrating!

Can you pls let me know-
1. What resources have you used to understand concepts?
2. How much of the OG have you completed (both Quant and verbal bit)?
3. Do you analyse every single question and deep think on the strategies involved, traps set, alternate approaches on them?
4. Have you maintained an error-log and specifically mention the errors you have made?

My inputs without your inputs will be too generic. It wont be precise :shh:
So, I await your response to put across my inputs! :)

Hello,

I've been preparing for the GMAT for a month now, and when I started I took my first practice exam. Since then I have taken a few and noticed that my score in Verbal AND Quant is decreasing. I don't understand why, I've studied a lot in these 4 weeks, but it seems like it hasn't helped at all.
Has anyone experienced the same?

Hi Schachfreizeit

Before offering any specific advice, I need a little more information about your GMAT preparation. I would like to know more about:

  • the way you prepared till now (your study strategy)
  • your current level (your latest mock score)
  • your target score
  • your weak areas
  • your approach of solving questions
  • the resources you have used
  • when do you intend to take the GMAT

Answers to these questions will help me guide you in a better way.
