Hello, today I gave my GMAT and I scored 710 (V38 Q49). I was very disturbed today because of some personal reasons so I couldn't do my best. Verbal was good for me today but in quant I had generally scored 50/51 in all the mocks I gave. Also in IR I used to score 7 but today I scored only 4 because I was very tired till then. So should I give it again or 710 is good enough? My target was 730+

A 710/Q49 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. As such, a retest is probably not necessary. Depending on the Schools that you plan to apply to, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement (and the more time that you have to act on that advice, the better). There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

If you are confident you can do better and there is no real reason why you can't retake, the question may be why not.
For Verbal, at a V38, consider working on your solving approach. May boost your score a bit. Had a 6-hour student who went from a V41 to a V45 (retake) in about 10 days. Perhaps work with a study buddy with strong Verbal skills.
