Hello forum, I have been preparing for a month now. I just gave my first official test yesterday and scored 650 Q47 V33. I noticed I made stupid mistakes in Quants and can easily achieve a Q49-50, but when it comes to verbal I am lost. Even when reviewing the question i couldn't solve the sentence correction questions, I am aiming for a V37-38. I have even completed the official guide and was able to solve most of the hard questions but i think I'm lacking something. I need more practice but the OG questions are all out. Where should I practice SC specifically? and are there any good forums where i can check out the approach to hard SC questions. I have 3 weeks till my GMAT so any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks, I actually have been going through the MGMAT SC curriculum. But I'm not sure how to approach the book, as it has non GMAT type questions and I'm not sure if it is a good practice.

Consider checking out Manhattan-Prep's 6th Edition for SC fundamentals. If you're looking to see how others are approaching questions, consider checking out YouTube question-run through videos or connecting with a study buddy who can show you their approach. The gmatclub question posts themselves can also provide some helpful insight into errors you may not notice right now. You're looking for about 5 Verbal points in 3 weeks. That's a meaningful jump. Likelihood is a separate matter but it may still be "possible" in an absolute sense from a low V30 level. Had one student for example who got about 9 points in about 4 weeks (v31 to v40 retake).
