E-mail from Human Resources Manager to Event Coordinator
I see that the training event scheduled for the end of the month is now a full-day event. From what the presenters tell me, we have at least six, and possibly seven, hours of content that people need to absorb. While I’m glad it’s going to be a valuable day, I’m worried about people’s ability to sustain attention that long. What are we doing about giving them breaks? And what about lunch? Our on-site cafeteria can’t handle that volume of people, but if we release people to go off-site for lunch, we’ll need to give them a longer lunch break, and that cuts into time we need for programming. What are your current plans?

Though I can understand that human resource manager's concern can be understood by the statement:
While I’m glad it’s going to be a valuable day, I’m worried about people’s ability to sustain attention that long.
But where has event co-ordinator shown concern ? I cannot pinpoint the exact sentence .
