I understand why OA is E but want to confirm the meaning of "contained in"..someone?

If x is to be selected at random from set T, what is the probability that x/4 -5 < 0?

(1). T is a set of 8 integers
(2). T is contained in the set o fintegers from 1 to 25, inclusive.

I believe it means that the set T has no number higher than 25 nor lower than 1. This would mean that we know the largest possible range, but we don't know how many numbers are in that set and therefore cannot figure out the probability. And C would not be the answer because even if we know 8 number with none lower than 1 and none higher than 25 doesn't tell us which numbers are in the set. We would need to know this in order to predict the probability that x > 20.

T is containted in set of integers 1 to 25....if I convert it to active voice then......integers 1 to 25 will contain T.
