Hello everyone, I am not even sure if it is dumb to ask this question here, but I seriously need some advice right now.
I screwed up with my life so much. Its only been 2 years since I recovered from my auto-pilot state, I've been doing my best since but the result is; I have bachelor of science degree (molecular biology and genetics) with a horrible GPA of 2.6. You might think it is dumb to get a MsF since they are completely unrelated, but lets say this is a well thought (and probably best decision) for me.
I've been doing some research for a few weeks now but I could only find 2 schools that I can apply with my "qualifications." My first question is, what is my best strategy to actually find schools meeting my following criterias and maximize my chances to get accepted;
-Preferably in northern EU (altough anywhere but australia, middle east and asia is acceptable)
-I can afford spending around 100-150k $ USD for my education
-Realistically I am not looking for top schools, but obviously It has to be at least a somewhat respectable school.
-Education must be in English altough I am willing to learn the local language.
I am very confident that I will be very successful, and use all resources the school has to offer.
My second question is, I have an alternative plan. Altough I highly favor getting a MsF, it is still an alternative path for me; to get an MBA (sadly I have no work experience) and concurrently work on my CFA. I know this sounds like a nightmare, but I believe I can pull it off. But the obvious flaw this plan is of course MBA without professional work experience is not that useful. Do you think I should keep this as a backup plan or is it just garbage in terms of time and efficiency (lets assume it still meets my expectations).
I am sorry for this poorly articulated piece of text, but I am very exhausted and frustrated right now, and every bit of your advice is highly appreciated.
