Yes,the answer is E. Thats why I was asking about the implication of the "some".
How we can assume that "some" will be at least 4% to fulfill the viability for the political party? We can very well assume that the 26% of people who like to join are entirely different from the 16% who will donate.But "some" can be 1,2,3,10 %.Thts my confusion.

Now I doubt that. I have done lots of LSAT papers. Some of the questions are really tricky or you can say not the kind of GMAT would test.But still I am unable to distinguish between those which are representative and which are not.
But if you really want to practice the GMAt type LSAT questions,you can go through the Aristotle CR pdf,which is a compilation of this kind of questions.
