I don’t quite agree with the solution. I initially marked "yes" for the first row but then I thought that it's incorrect to assume that just because it is categorized as substance abuse, doesn't mean that specialty substance abuse centers will typically treat that disorder.

Your reasoning is not correct.

Tab 3 shows that alcohol-induced and drug-induced psychoses are explicitly categorized as substance abuse.

Tab 1 clearly states that specialty substance abuse centers treat substance abuse conditions.

Thus, if a disorder is categorized as substance abuse, it is the type of condition typically treated at these centers. There is no need for any extra assumption, the connection is directly supported by the information given.

The original solution is correct. Review the tabs more carefully.

"Methadone, another medication for opioid treatment, is not sold through regular pharmacies. Instead, it is administered at treatment centers, and its cost is counted as part of spending on those centers."
From these 2 sentences, I got the idea that it's explicitly talking about Methadone being administered at the treatment centres. It's not mentioned whether it's the case for all substance abuse-related disorders.

You're overcomplicating the logic. The question isn’t about whether all substance abuse disorders are treated with methadone or any specific drug. It’s about which conditions are typically treated at specialty substance abuse centers. Tab 3 classifies alcohol and drug-induced psychoses as substance abuse. Tab 1 says specialty centers treat substance abuse. That’s a direct match, no assumptions needed.
