Note that there is a calculator for this section, so use it to multiply Kerala's current mean R&D expenditure of 400 million rupees by 1.07 until the value is greater than the 600 million rupees mean R&D expenditure of Gujarat.
Even at a relatively low 2% annual increase, Old Uttar Pradesh will reach 1 billion rupees in R&D expenditure faster than Andhra Pradesh at a 5.5% annual increase.
