Bunuel, I don't think the first example given for Group 1 is correct: Team 5 loses to Team 6 and vice versa is considered. In fact, I don't think points 6,4,2,1 is possible (I am not able to get such division).

I have found an alternative set that is possible:
which gives point set as 7,6,3,1 which explains for sub question 1 with the second example. Can you confirm?

You are correct. Here is edited version:

Group 1 (Teams: 14, 5, 10, 6):

Team 14 beats Team 10 and Team 6, loses to Team 5 → 6 points

Team 5 beats Team 14, draws with Team 10 and Team 6 → 5 points

Team 10 loses to Team 14, draws with Team 5, beats Team 6 → 4 points

Team 6 loses to Team 14 and Team 10, draws with Team 5 → 1 point
